The H CARD:
The H Card is just that your Health Card.
The Card contains on a micochip or micro CD your whole Medical History, ID.
All HMOs would issue such cards to members with Name & File # visible.
& Holographic Icons to deter Tamperinmg.

Benefits:
Updated data for card
Credit card size.
ALL Medical Data on file
Can read from home PC with Reader device.
Globalwide use.
Acess at MD offices, RX, hospitals, clinics, EMTs.
Has Contact Phone #s.
Fax #s.
Email addresses.
Family Medical history to date.
Treatments etc.
ALL acessable.
All HMOs woulld issue to Members after Online AppForm or PO Mail form app sent in.
Tamper Proof
Encrypted data.
Holograhic Icon to deter counterfeitting.
NO Cash Value to card.
Card can house HSA data BUT modified for HSA.

Cards have Icons & etc of Vendor HMOs & PPOs.
Medical & Dental in One or
Medical, Dental, Vision.

NOT done now & few do.

Update Medical system ITs for this card.
Train staff & EMTs.
