The Insured some= illegal Aliens who wont pay into the system & whose employers pay them cash under the table & this is one source why Healthcare costs so much. Must change, BUT NO party or canddiate will address this issue. In LA we've lost most ERs alone due to fiscal abuse by Illegals. LA CA. Yet nothing is done or changed. Come next big quake.
