Humana Inc. has convened ChangeNow4Health in an effort to jump-start needed improvement in the nation’s health care system, and as part of that effort, hosts two Web sites: www.changenow4health.com and community.changenow4health.com.
Humana is very aware of the privacy concerns of individuals who visit these sites. We will not solicit personal information from you as you browse them, although you may provide such information voluntarily.
If you do elect to provide personal information to us, we will not sell, license, or transmit it, unless you authorize us to do so. There are instances in which we may internally use the information you submit; these instances include identifying and registering you for password-protected areas of the ChangeNow4Health Web sites.
In addition, personal information provided to Humana may be subject to disclosure to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders.

We will retain your communication until we have responded. Ultimately, we will either discard your communication or, in some cases, archive it.
